Box Of Horrors [1.20.1] Help

This is a bit of an awkward and embarrassing situation for me.
I'm a big horror fan and from what I saw from this mod, it's well made and I want to use it for shits and giggles. However, there is one horror adjacent being that freaks me the fuck out to the point I can't stand to see his face or his associated music. PHEN-228 AKA Boiled One. He's in the mod and I'm too scared to encounter him

I want to know how he works his behaviour and how I would theoretically encounter him in the world, I would test it out but I am too scared to spawn him.
