What was your first Eurovision and what was the song that year that made you go 'this is my thing now'

For me I first watched in 2002 as I was finally old enough

Jessica garlick was a good representative of us and I liked her on pop Idol so was allowed to watch

She gave a great performance as did others that day but once it was Malta's turn I felt hooked

Ira losco made me fall in love with Eurovision because there was something about her performance and song and look that made a ten year old me go ' she's magical ... Is she a princess' lol
