eSim with Australian number while in the UK

does anyone know how I can purchase an Australian number eSIM for my iPhone 14 pro while I’m in the UK?

I’ve done lots of research and all I find are people that claim to do it but only give you data not an actual phone number.

My goal is to have people in Australia be able to contact me on my Australian number while I’m in the UK.
