Wellbutrin/Tamoxifen

Hi ladies. I was on effexor and Wellbutrin for many years. After my IDC diagnosis in August I was warned about needing to go off of wellbutrin while on tamoxifen. Well, I am a mess. I’m off wellbutrin for about 2 mos, and switched to Trintellix. Long story but I didn’t want to increase my dose of Effexor bc it made me feel dull.

I am now on 20mg of Trintellix. The med makes me nauseous all the time. I feel ok, but not at all myself. Also I am close to menopause. Haven’t had period in 6 mos.

Can I go on Wellbutrin again once I hit menopause and start an AI? Or can I suggest to my MO that I do medical menopause? Help!
