Vaginal dryness after IUD removal

How long after IUD removal did it take for vaginal dryness to improve? For context: I had my Mirena IUD taken out on Feb 14, so around 3 weeks ago. I had some withdrawal bleeding like a period after removal, but nothing since then. If possible, I may be more dry than I was before because I bled after sex the other day which has never happened. When does vaginal dryness get better after IUD removal? Are my hormones just still trying to regulate themselves?
