My arm implant expires in two months and don’t have heath insurance

Hi (21) I’m just wondering what I should do i tried calling doctors around me and they want to change me 1000-2000$ to get implant taken out. What are some of the sides affects if I don’t end up taken it out right way.Or get pregnant?
