Cowboy Carter Vinyl skipping??

I just got my vinyl today I ordered it off of her website and it skips SOOOO bad. Anybody have this same issue? I emailed support to see if they’ll exchange but I know it says all sales are final. I’m really frustrated I only bought a record player to listen to CC.
