Is my fish okay?

Hi, this is Calypso. I got her a couple of days ago and I know she has a tumor. I wanted to give her the best life possible. She’s been sitting at the top of the tank for a majority of the time I’ve had her. She moves around sometimes exploring her tank but mostly she looks like this. She’s not dead and she moves a little but I am super concerned. She also hasn’t been eating. I give her flakes everyday but I haven’t seen her eat. I am going to test the water tomorrow and the water is kind of cloudy. I’m not sure if this is normal. Please help me!!! I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
