Do you feel lonely in Berlin?

I'm thinking of moving back to Berlin from my city of 20,000 people. I fear loneliness, as the big city is a lot more intimidating. People seem so cold and self-absorbed. You don't get to see the same faces over and over again. It lacks the community vibe, from what I remember. Does this resonate with you? How do you deal with this?
