Question: How to update Aadhar Address without having proof.

This would definitely be a silly question. But here I am.

I have spent so much time on this.

Please help me out.

I live in Bangalore. I want to update address on my Aadhar card. Problem is I don't have any proof for this.
One of the valid proofs in that case can be following as mentioned here

1. Certificate of Identity having photo issued by Gazetted Officer or Tehsildar on UIDAI standard certificate format for enrolment/ update

I would like to know how/where can I find a Gazetted Officer? And what is the document I should carry with me?
