Disclosing you are Autistic to your new **Employee**

Hi!
I'm considering whether to disclose it or not and how to go about it
All the advice I found online speaks of disclosing to a boss - Are there not enough Autistic leaders out there?
I'm not hiding who I am, I am who I am, and my leaders know exactly what my strengths and weaknesses are. I'm just not sure giving my diagnosis will be an advantage.
Everyone seems to be very naive, assuming that integrity means exposing everything private and that there will be no backlash or individuals waiting for a hook on you.
And then there are the preconceptions - you can't know what they are.
Autistic leaders out there, would you disclose? If so, how?
