Is this an urgent case?

My younger brother has been complaining abt a toothache for a couple of weeks so bad it often gives him headaches.

I've been trying to convince him to see a dentist for a few years now and he has a free clinic at the place he works for the staffs at his workplace. however he's always busy with work and the dental office only opens on the weekdays.

My brother does not drink or smoke but i think it's quite obvious that he has not seen a dentist in a long time. How urgent is his case? What possible actions might be required for his case? Thank you so much!
