Christmas village but make it Velaris

So I’m a huge Christmas village person—I have my mom’s setup that she collected in the 80s & 90s. Very Charles Dickens, very Cotswolds. I would LOVE to start collecting pieces to make a Velaris Christmas village. I have a “mansion” that will work for Feyre’s river house, I think, and it shouldn’t be hard to find a town house.

Has anyone attempted something like this? Or seen a Velaris Christmas village? The hardest part will be the inhabitants—I can’t imagine finding a Cassian or Azriel (or anyone with wings lol)
