“Hack your Health, The Secrets of your Gut” on Netflix
This was a great documentary and is a great watch for those on GLP-1 drugs also. Two things I took away from this documentary are that no two people extract & use the same amount of calories from the exact same food, and that eating 20-30 different fruits/veggies each week are the key to fixing your gut bacteria (can be small amounts, not “full” servings).
I found this an interesting watch; more research that proves calories in/calories out just isn’t true. That pack of cookies that says 100 calories isn’t accurate; the calories depend on the individual processing it, not the food.
