Should Rover get a new outfit every new region?

If skins are really coming to this game don't you guys think it's only appropriate to have rover dress up accordingly to the region's aesthetic? I saw the little teaser video they released today and it's so odd to see rover in their usual attire amidst all the npcs in renascita, they look so out of place.

I hope they give rover skins in the game for every region expansion.
