Questions from a newbie
Got a gym membership for Xmas, and I’ve been going pretty regularly, 3-4 times a week
Gerenally I do 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weight machines, one day arms one day legs.
I have bigger thighs and I’d like to reduce the little fat pads on the upper inside of the thigh, is there anything I can do to help with that or will any general leg exercises help?
If anyone knows of a specific exercise to tone that part, please share! So far I do the machine where I’m sitting down and have to close the legs, and do 25 reps 5 times. I have no idea what I’m doing to be honest…
My second question relates to fat burn. For example if I do 30 minutes stair master, even though I’m technically working my legs, will I burn fat overall? I guess I’m wondering if exercises need to be super specific to muscle groups to burn/ tone that specific part of the body or if cardio will burn fat all over the body.
