Genuinely asking for advice
I’ve been weight training for 8 years. I’ve got a great body, but have always been quite frustrated that I’ve never looked like really shredded dudes.
I’m 32, 5’11, 79kg
Consistently trained 4 days, then 5 for a few years, then 6, now every day.
I do a split: arms, chest, back, legs, shoulders/forearms, core/cardio, and do that on rotation.
I have 180g+ protein per day, around 2200-2500 calories per day depending on intensity.
Am I retarded? I literally have a doctoral degree (unrelated discipline) but I have never achieved what I want.
What could an online coach actually do for me? I know what to do but it just doesn’t happen properly.
Any advice is appreciated.
