Which one would you get?

I have a wrist size around 17.5 cm and am currently looking to buy myself a watch as a grad present for myself. The two I’ve narrowed it down to are the seiko presage sharp edge SPB165J1 or the Christopher ward c63 in the white dial. Which one do you think is the better overall watch to buy. Things such as quality and movement will be taken into consideration. Also this would be my daily watch so I would like it to be able to be worn in many different situations such as just with a regular outfit and as a dress watch. Furthermore if their are any watches that you think are better and around this price point of these two watches please let me know. I would really appreciate your input.
