Unable to install updates and dlc on vita

So I made a post about this a few days ago, although I do not think it was seen. But I am unable to update any game, or install dlc for games. This just randomly stopped working and I have no clue how to fix this. I’ve tried with many games, and after restarting the console, letting it die and plugging it back in, and reconnecting internet, and none of them worked. It never installs dlc or game updates, but I’m allowed to download them, I’ve even tried without pkgj by using some dlc for Minecraft that I bought specifically to see if that works, and it doesn’t either. If anyone knows how to fix this, that would be great
