Hard time finding agents to main

Currently Gold and pretty stuck. Used to play on a really shitty laptop so I mained Sentinels and controllers but I was hard stuck iron and bronze. PC now and I just locked in Reyna and carried myself out Silver but in Gold my habit of turning off my brain and just aim that got me out of Silver is backfiring on me, just auto piloting now and Im locking in different agents every game I feel like I’m wasting a lot time think about how to use their abilities. I just need the best agents for soloque with no comms needed
