Trip advice for next week Oct 6th to 11th

Need some advice for next week. The weather is not looking good for next week. It being our first time going I'd hate to go and spend all this money when at the very least a bunch of rain is expected at least for a few of the days. I know it's more of a personal decision to cancel or not at this point but I'm sure other people have been in this situation and like to know what you did? For my Orlando residents what is your take?
