Starting a new lab internship: any tips?

I recently graduated and accepted a lab internship position (wet lab stuff) that starts in about a week. I've only ever done wet lab work on a volunteer basis on campus during my second year, and even then I primarily worked with algae cells/ prepped media and had limited mammalian cell culture experience. I'm a little nervous about my first industry lab internship. Any tips?
