Increased body acne after top surgery

I’m 2 1/2 months post double incision and I’ve never been happier! But I noticed I have a lot more body acne since top surgery. I still wear a t-shirt around the house most of the time, only going shirtless when getting ready in the morning and at night. I don’t often touch anything with my back or shoulders when I’m shirtless, but I have more body acne now than when I was wearing a binder. (Also, I’m one year on T)

Is this a common experience? Is there something I should be doing differently now that I’m post-op? Does it eventually die down at some point?
