Screen non responsive

Hey all, i tried to tap on my Supernote every and tried to slide the slider on the side. It only works with the pen but not my fingers.

It doesn’t work at all. Here what I have tried.

1) updated to the latest update 2) restart Supernote A5 multiple times 3) reboot it with a needle 4) charge it while rebooting it
