best use of gems?

hi! i’ve had suitu for almost a year, but haven’t played in MONTHS and am just getting back into it. i’ve been f2p until last night when i finally caved and got the daily gem pass and the 1040 black gem pack.

now i’m wondering… what is the best use of my gems? i honestly just think the game is fun and i don’t care TOO much about how i rank in comps or anything. but i do want to continue to get rewards and stuff so i guess i’m just looking for recommendations of specific items/makeup/etc or whatever more seasoned players think! i’d like to get as much value as possible out of my gems because i know myself and i know i could easily start spending a lot more money on this game, which is not a great choice for me rn lol.
