Is 260+ possible?

Hey guys! I’m an IMG applying for general surgery this year so aiming for a 260. I had 258 on UWSA2 (7 days before exam) 80% on new free 120 (5 days before exam). Gave nbme 13 today (3 days out) and got 250. I was pretty sleep deprived because I have a teething baby who keeps waking up during the night so I felt very exhausted during the exam. If I review nbme 13 and then rest up before the exam do you guys think I have a chance at 260+ or am I just fooling myself ? 😔 Exam is in 3 days
