Perk Overhaul Mod Concept Part 1 - Zoology and Xenosociology

Greetings travelers,

Now that the Creation Kit is out, I’d like to reshare my perk overhaul concept I wrote up. I will post in sections, as the original post was just too huge. Keep in mind, I have no idea how to mod, and am posting this in case somebody wants ideas for a great perk overhaul that improves nearly every aspect of Starfield

Starting with some underwhelming perks, Zoology and Xenosociology! The new perks focus on creature companions and manipulation, while retaining things like research buffs and outpost improvements
