I have been planning a trip under 40-45k

I wanna go for a solo trip to either Thailand or Somewhere in India under 45. If I go to Thailand I'll exhaust all my savings if I do somewhere in India I'll have some money left, I'm 20 and living with my parents the money saved up is through internships what do you guys recommend? Thailand would be from April 28-may 7
