Keloid or Piercing Bump??? HELP

I (18F) have had this bad boy for a year and a half now and I don't have any pain at all. The only pain I have is my eyes when I look at my ear. I love my industrial I've wanted one since I was 13. So it sucks to know that if this is a keloid I won't be able to have it anymore if j get it removed. What are your thoughts? I'm not sure what it is. I'm thinking of getting a titanium bar next time I'm out in my nearest city to see if it goes down.

PS. It's slightly red cuz I've been messing with it. I'm becoming desperate.
