[£1000 budget] Need a modern upgrade from my OnePlus 6 I've been using since 2018. What would you suggest?

Firstly just to say, I've done my research and brought myself up-to-date with the better, modern handsets of 2024. I'd just like to see what you'd suggest for me with your knowledge.
Maybe I can share what I think I'd like to get in the comments later.

Requirements / what I'd use my phone for:

• £1000 budget (UK based fyi)
• Taking 'minimal' style photos for IG (recently started enjoying this lat 2 years (yes been doing it w/my oP6 gcam ha). I mainly shoot RAW, but if the cam is good in vanilla, that would be nice!)
• Movie/series watching on a nice screen (either streaming or downloading)
• Youtube
• Internet browsing / emails
• I do not game

As you can see, fairly 'basic' use. More 'general' use?

I would prefer 256gb storage due to my 125gb OP6 being nearly full (just photos, videos, apps), and I'd like future-proof storage / to be comfortable with more than less.

Let me know your thoughts.
