I have done everything to loose weight to no avail.
The last 7yrs I have rapidly added weight even though I eat healthy, one meal a day mostly, I don’t take sugar, I do the gym, and I do IF(upto 48hrs some times). My weight is on my chin, arms(my shirts can’t fit anymore 😢 and I hate my arms), love handles and my tummy. To a lot of people, I look fit because I am tall. But I am not! I am overweight, depressed and stuck. I feel ugly. I am 85kgs now, my ideal healthy weight is 65-70kgs. I was diagnosed with PCOS 15yrs ago. I am considering getting surgery although I’m scared 😟. Any ideas or anyone going through it and worked on it?
