Meta Quest 3S Issues

I just bought a Meta Quest 3S that got stuck on the boot loop and then when I factory reset it, it got stuck on a usb update screen and couldn’t do anything else? How is this even an issue, I am currently going to target to hopefully be able to trade this in for a new one that actually works. This is so lame. Hopefully the new one I get doesn’t have the same issue. Has anyone had a similar problem further down the line of owning one?
