How do you sleep?

I’ve known for awhile I’ve had OCD but was officially diagnosed two years ago. It’s always presented in weird ways that were overall harmless (needing to lock my car three times for example) but in the past 4 years it’s went absolutely haywire and debilitating. It used to only present as health OCD where I’d be nervous as hell about my health but I bought a house last year and now I’m petrified I’ll do something wrong and ruin it to the point where it takes me 20 minutes to leave my house because I have to check every faucet, unplug things, check exhaust fans are off, etc. it’s gotten to a point where, even though I take photos of the stuff off and speak it out loud, I straight up feel like I can’t trust my eyes and check the same things are unplugged 20 times. This keeps me up throughout the night. It’s 4:36 am and I realized today I didn’t winterize the pipes because, again new homeowner I didn’t know, and now I keep thinking my spigots closed when I KNOW and have photos that I turned it on earlier.

How do yall sleep and get it to turn off???
