There is hope.

I wanted to give you all some hope. I have been taking Zoloft 250mg and I augmented with Clomipramine (75mg at present). Along with eating healthy (starting the paleo diet,) and exercise, I have seen drastically improved OCD symptoms. I don’t have intrusive thoughts for some periods of time now, and if I do, I am able to see the thoughts like clouds as they go by. I also meditate at least 2-3 times a day for at least 15 mins. I am starting to feel a ton better. The anxiety is basically at a zero. This could of course be attributed to the intense ERP I’m doing as well.
