Why is Kangel problematic?

I've played the game and gotten every ending, but some how I don't see anything that coordinates to her being a "horrible" and "problematic" person. I may also be clueless because I don't see what she's doing wrong, to a lot of the things she has said and done. Some of the things I've heard that don't make sense is when people say stuff like, "Kangel treats her fans badly!" but her fans are the one who make her react negatively, they are as well just fans, she doesn't know them and if they were really upset they would stop watching her. She is also a fictional character so I don't see why people really make her a big deal anyway.
