AIIMS Kalyani vs Rajkot vs Bhatinda vs Bilaspur

I wanna go for a peripheral AIIMS since Im from Rajasthan and won't be getting the top state gmc. Which one should I go for? I'm expecting around 3k rank after the atom Q change so AIIMS nagpur is out of question. [Caste- OBC]
