A better g102/203 ??

No matter how expensive of a mouse I try, the shapes just don't suit my hands at all. My first mouse was a g102.

I'm looking for something that has a similar shape (open to slightly different, or something you think will suit me) but better in every aspect. Kindly suggest me some.
