May someone identify these medals please?

I’m curious about these medals and their importance. I’m currently doing a research paper on the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, specifically on Coxswain, Patrick “Patsy” Sliney. The medals on the right might have to do with the RNLI and the left with military service...? All help much appreciated 👍
