Is my clutch going out?

So for context I drive a 94 ford ranger, and as of recent my truck has been really hard to shift into gear at times. It’s more noticeable when I come to a complete stop or I’m parked. For example, this morning my truck would not go into reverse I had to force it in with both hands, and other then that 1st gear is hard to get into at times.
