Weekend luncheon
Happy weekend and Independence day! Just finished cooking. I cooked sambal telur 'pecah kuali', pak choy stir fried and grilled chicken for my husband. I didn't fry the egg separately instead I let the eggs cooked in the sambal. I learned it from my mom, it is one of my comfort food too. Happy luncheon!
