The Making of Harry Potter - when to visit?

I am visiting Japan with my boyfriend in late February to mid March.

We will visit the Harry Potter Studio in Tokyo. It is said to take approximately 4 hours. Is it better to do that in the morning or in the evening (they are even offering 1500yen cheaper tickets for evenings in March).?

At first I wanted to get the 9am tickets to "avoid" the crowds. But does that help or is that even important in this case? Because with that I am also missing time with shrines which are often open only in the daylight.
