Why is this sub so liberal?

The Oregon and Portland subs are way more conservative than the population and way more conservative than this sub. Obviously neither are representative of the population of each state. With the Oregon subs it’s because they hate homeless but I’m curious what made this sun become so separated from the ideology of the population of Idaho? It’s a much larger disparity than what I see on the Oregon subs. Which makes less sense because there is an easily identifiable reason for the disparity in the Oregon subs
