Not What I Was Hoping For

My wife and I both did egg retrievals last month. We were both 28 (though I've just turned 29). She has diminished ovarian reserve and I have adenomyosis.

Her: 2 eggs->2 mature->1 fertilized->no blast

Me: 16 eggs->12 mature->10 fertilized->4 blasts-> 1 normal 1 no result (planning to retest)

I'm feeling really discouraged with this result, the attrition was so much worse than I expected from my age having no known egg quality issues. I'm going straight into another cycle which will be covered but I'm going to run out of benefit and we were really hoping for 3 to 4 kids and it just feels so unrealistic now.

How do you keep going when you only get one embryo and know you're supposed to have 3 per planned kid??
