Am I really clear?😱 I think I may have been misinformed & transmitted HPV, ECT

I (F48) found out I had HPV low risk strain in '98. I never cleared it to my knowledge until 2021. I tried supplements, eating right, stopped drinking, never smoked and became a gym rat, trying to CLEAR this virus. Nothing happened in 3 yrs so I went back to just living life by eating what I wanted, only running but nothing major in the gym, drinking, ECT. I got married (2014-2019). My husband eventually caught it from me but he ddnt care. I did feel bad tho I did disclose it to him. In 2021 I decided to go to the DR to have cosmetic surgery. In order to prepare I had to start taking vitamins 60 days before my surgery date. I also had to go through a lot of testing to make sure my body could handle the surgery. I also had to do a full STD panel. I had surgery on 3/1/2021. I had a pap done 6/2021. The doctor told me to come back in 3yrs but I still had a pap each year after. Thxgiving 2023 I decided to have cosmetic surgery again. So again I prepared by taking the vitamins, testing and full STD panel,ECT. Everything came back good except I tested positive for Hep B😱😱 Y'all I wanted to die! Cuz like how?!! I hadn't been with anyone but my husband since 2019! I was tested with my 1st surgery and my Hep B test was negative all across three 3 panels. Going over this wit my doctor and he said I probably caught it in the DR from sx. I had them test me 3xs because I couldn't believe it. Also found out sometimes there's false positives. It's a rarity but it happens. All 3 test showed up with the same positives. Hep B can be confusing. I was told I can never donate blood nor donate organs. They told me to get retested in 6 mos. I ddnt get retested til like Aug of this yr. Anywho, I did have to get 2 blood transfusions again because the lipo was too aggressive for my body. This past August I had a pap. In consultation I told my doctor about what people were saying in the groups on social media about HPV and wanted to know what I can do to CLEAR this virus cuz I never have no matter what I did. She replied that I did clear it. I was stunned again. I'm like huh, when?!! Cuz no one ever told me this! She then pulls up my testing since 2021 where I tested negative every yr then and after. They test for low & high strains. She also tells me that while I'm clear I won't pass on this virus. My pap results came out to be negative again & she told me I ddnt have to come back for 3 yrs but I will stick to having my paps every yr. I was also retested with a full Hep B panel which came out to be negative across all 3 panels! It's as if I NEVER had it😱 My doctor asked me was I sure that I tested positive. (This is because I went to a lab to get tested for surgery & not my doctor). I'm like YES! I was tested FOUR times and it was always the same positive results🤦🏽 She said according to their panel, I NEVER had it!!😱🙏🏽 Anywho just thinking things over, could it be because of the blood transfusions that I'm clear for Hep B & HPV? HPV is in our cells but I cnt help trying to find the correlation😣

Also I've been dating someone and being intimate since the end of September. He went down on me in October and like 2hrs later, he started hacking like a cat coughing up a hairball🤦🏽 It was probably not even 2hrs. It was crazy! Yes he still coughs a lot but not like before. Thing is, he never was like this til after he went down on me. I cnt help thinking that maybe it's cuz of me but if it was, would it make him like that so soon?!!😱 So am I really clear?😱😱
