He got caught behind driftwood!! Help??!!

I have a 35 gal planted tank with one gold fish and four Dalmatian mollies that I’ve had for over a year. I do weekly 30% water changes and I have a fluval C3 power filter (55 gal filter). I originally picked up clementine from petsmart he had fin rot and a big black spot on his head but after treating with stress coat and proper room and water changes his fins grew the white bits back and his spot went away. He’s seemed very happy all this time.

I fed them this morning before going to work. I just got home and Clementine was stuck behind a piece of driftwood in the tank and pushed up on the glass wall. His fin is very tattered and he has this weird red spot. He’s not moving much. Occasionally he will swim around for a few seconds like in the video but goes back to laying down on something. I work 12 hour shifts so I don’t know how long he’s been stuck. What do I do????
