My file size went UP after redownloading

My phone’s storage is maxed out after accidentally pre installing the new Star Rail update so I was looking around to clear up some space. I noticed Genshin’s file size was at 29GB which I thought was a little bloated so I decided to uninstall and reinstall to shrink it. Checked back after around 10 minutes and… it went up to 33GB. I tried again, and now it’s at 34GB.

How do I fix this? I already checked the past resources and languages, there’s nothing that could be uninstalled.
