Burning sensation under left breast?

Does anybody else feel this burning sensation under your left breast? I (34f) get it every so often, and anything I do to try to get rid of it, does nothing. I was diagnosed with chronic gastritis back in September, and I just feel like shit about 80% of the time. I just finished a 2-week h.pylori eradication treatment (still on PPI for 4 more weeks), I’m on a bland diet, I’m on Zoloft for my anxiety, I’m taking Slippery Elm and Aloe Vera supplements, I use a heating pad when I feel tightness in my chest/upper abdomen…I just wonder if this burning/tightness sensation is normal for gastritis?
