Smartphone recommendations for my Dad under 25k, help!

So my dad has been unlucky with new smartphones. He has lost 3 new mobile phones as of now. Last time I got him iQOO z6 pro in 2023, which got stolen within a month, then he got himself oneplus nord ce3, which also got lost during Diwali 2023😓. Since then he is using my old phone(Mi A1) and refuses to get a new one. I'm thinking of gifting him a new mobile again. Please suggest something within 25k. Should have good built quality, battery life, smooth experience, good camera to click my mom pictures, can stand youtube for hours without getting hot.
