Gvsu pledge

Hello was looking online at potential scholarships or ways to reduce yearly admission. Currently a senior looking for the cheapest way to go through college without going to community. Anyway does anyone know how common it is to get the grand valley pledge. Online there is a description but is it really everything paid for?
