Best Beach on the free trolley route?

Hi, I'm new in town and wonder what beach is best, given the storms. I see on the trolley map that they drop off at Bowditch, Crescent and Lover's Key. Any recs? I'll be coming from Lehigh Acres. Also, can you leave your car for free at the park and ride? Thanks!
